John Boundy has been a trial lawyer since 1989. He has focused on criminal defense work in east Texas since 2008. Before that, John had been a prosecutor for Nacogdoches, Walker and Brazoria Counties over the years; including being a member of the Special Prison Prosecution Unit. There he concentrated on all felony offenses occurring within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division. With a medical background, (John was a physician assistant after graduating from Southwestern Medical Center in 1984), he has advanced training that assists in understanding today’s complex forensic technology. Being a true type “A” personality, John brings to his practice a natural aggressiveness that lends to his trademark two qualities; Tenacity and Thoroughness.
